Tokyo Icons is a set of four icons representing popular streets/districts in Tokyo. Though starting with four, this is imagined to expand to other areas of the city.

Drawing inspiration from elements of Japanese graphic design, the icons focus on symmetry and geometry. All four icons use the same two shapes, a trapezoid and rectangle, which abstracts the forms of the buildings and streets in these areas, and uses the same four colors to emphasize consistency. These icons live on different collateral such as stationary, event posters, and brochures showcasing live events happening in the area.
